By using Flowchart Generator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Flowchart Generator provides an AI-powered tool for creating flowcharts from text descriptions. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account.

3. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free users receive a limited number of daily generations. Paid credits and subscriptions are available through our pricing page. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all flowcharts and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., rendering your flowcharts, generating share links).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Abuse the AI generation system (e.g., automated scraping, excessive requests)
• Upload or generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights

6. AI-Generated Content

Flowcharts are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowchart Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
